Mech O Tech LLP supplies an Ajwain Spices Oils Distillation Plants Capacity 5 TPD. Every contact part is built from stainless steel - the unit endures years of corrosive steam and acid seed vapour without pitting. The line needs only one operator to start the batch - ajwain seed loads into a still, steam passes through the bed plus oil laden vapour condenses in a shell-and-tube condenser. A receiver separates the clear ajwain oil from the hydrosol. Purity remains above 98 % and oil loss stays below 0.1 %. Electric heaters or an external boiler supply steam - the plant runs on 415 V ±10 %, 50 Hz but also draws 18 kW peak. No special utility apart from plant steam and cooling water is required. The skid ships fully assembled from the Mech O Tech works near Vadodara. Users in the spice, herbal, pharma as well as aroma trades run the same unit for ajwain, dill, fennel or cumin with a minor screen change. Mount the frame on level floor, connect steam, power and water or the first oil batch is ready within four hours.
