Bay Laurel Spices Oils Distillation Plants Capacity 5 TPD has a daily processing capacity of five tonnes. All contact parts are made of food grade stainless steel. A single operator oversees the semi, automatic cycle in which bay laurel leaves are steamed and the essential oil is separated through condensation. Due to the modular design, additional columns, condensers, or controls can be attached without factory modification. Each weld complies with the Indian pressure vessel code requirement and the motor can accept any three phase supply ranging from 380 V to 440 V at either 50 Hz or 60 Hz. The power consumption remains low as the boiler reuses the hot water and the pump is equipped with a variable speed drive. The skid can be used as part of a spice grinding line or can be operated independently for small batch craft production.
