Product Details

Mech O Tech LLP builds a Flaxseed Extraction Plant, Capacity: 100 TPD that processes one hundred metric tons of flaxseed each day. The main structure uses stainless steel - the equipment resists corrosion and meets food grade cleanliness rules. The system works in semi automatic mode - operators start the sequence plus built in controls manage pressure, temperature and flow without further manual input. A single pressing stage recovers most of the oil - the remaining cake leaves less than six percent residual fat. The same line accepts either cold press or warm press settings - one unit serves food oil producers but also herbal ingredient makers. Electric motors, diesel generators or hybrid panels supply motive power - buyers select the option that matches local energy availability. Mech O Tech engineers deliver the plant in modular sections, bolt the frames to the floor, connect pipes and wires as well as run test batches until the line reaches rated throughput. Once handed over, the plant needs only four trained workers per shift to keep the daily target of one hundred tons.
