Our Frankincense Oil Distillation Plant is designed for the efficient extraction of high-quality frankincense essential oil from Boswellia resin using advanced steam distillation technology. The extracted frankincense oil is highly valued in aromatherapy, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and perfumery for its woody, spicy aroma and therapeutic benefits, including anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and stress-relief properties.

How It Works?

• Raw Material Collection: Benzoin resin is harvested from Styrax benzoin trees by making controlled incisions in the bark. The resin is then collected and cleaned to remove impurities.
• Solvent Extraction Process: The raw benzoin resin is dissolved in food-grade solvents to extract oleoresins and tinctures, followed by solvent removal through evaporation.
• Steam Distillation Process: High-pressure steam passes through the resin, breaking down its structure and releasing essential oil.
• Condensation & Separation: The steam-oil mixture is cooled in a condenser, allowing the oil to separate from the water.
• Oil Collection & Filtration: The extracted benzoin resin and oil are collected, filtered, and refined for high purity.
• Quality Testing & Standardization: The final product is analyzed for purity, chemical composition (rich in benzoic acid, vanillin, and cinnamic acid), and fragrance intensity.
• Packaging & Storage: The benzoin resin and oil are stored in airtight, UV-protected containers to maintain freshness and longevity.
