The plant originates from India and processes leaves, flowers plus buds with exact control. Steam passes through the biomass and carries the volatile oil - the vapour then condenses - the receiver collects the hydrosol layer but also the pure oil layer separately. An electric heater or a fuel boiler supplies steam - the client chooses the motor voltage between 220 V single phase and 440 V three phase. The design keeps power demand low - the unit runs without pause in herbal processing factories. Spice and medicinal plant producers use the same set up for repeated batches as well as record only short stops for cleaning or charge change.
