Mech O Tech manufactures a Black Pepper Oleoresin Extraction Plant for the extraction of black pepper oleoresin that uses stainless steel and food grade materials. In this system the machinery recovers oil soluble oleoresins from black pepper so that the extracts are consistent plus have a high concentration of the desired components. Precise mechanisms control the temperature and the solvent levels to ensure that the process produces a large amount of extract. When the system operates, it protects the volatile aromatic compounds but also allows the product to remain usable for 24 months. For different production needs, the plant works through continuous or batch processes and supports workflows for 25 kg packages.
